1. The defendant shall accept, on August 1, 1986, the Cheongju District Court Decision 2,340 square meters with respect to the plaintiff's Cheongcheon-si C Forest land and 2,340 square meters.

1. On August 11, 1986, the Defendant with the indication of the claim completed the provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) as against Cheongju District Court No. 11153, the receipt of Cheongju District Court Support No. 11153, Jul. 26, 1986, as regards C Forest and C Forest 2,340 square meters.

On June 12, 2018, the Plaintiff acquired ownership in the discretionary auction procedure for forest land.

The provisional registration of this case shall be cancelled when the exclusion period of the right to complete the purchase and sale reservation has expired, or the extinctive prescription of the secured claim has expired.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the provisional registration of this case to the Plaintiff.
