Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2014, at around 01:55, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 1km from the front day of the written pen located in the Busan Jin-dong, Busan, to the front day of the beneficial digging bridge located in the Busan Jin-dong, the Busan, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.113% of the blood alcohol concentration on the upper day (0.113).
