A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant,
1. 3. At around 01:00 on January 201, 2013, a person intrudes into a private teaching institute in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) at the places described in paragraph (1) at the same time, and in such a manner as such, a person steals it by inserting approximately 105,00 liter market price of one ton cargo vehicles of one ton, and a bus’s fuel tank, which were parked therein, and by inserting it to the above column for a car;
4. On February 2, 2013, at around 01:00 as of February 2, 2013, a person intrudes into a private teaching institute in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and in such a manner, one ton cargo vehicles of one ton, and a bus’s fuel tank, which were parked therein, shall be deducted from a victim’s market price of approximately 60,000 liter, which was 105,000 won.
