Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2015, the Defendant acquired 118 Samsung mobile phones lost by the victim B, and 1 copy of Samsung mobile phones, and one copy of the corporate bank cream card, one copy of the Nonghyup Credit Card, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, which were entered in the case, in the event held before the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Han River, as the Han River, and in the event held before the Yongsan-gu Office.

The Defendant, while not taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, he/she embezzled with his/her own idea.

2. Although the Defendant in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act is not required to use the lost credit card, around 03:49 on August 15, 2015, the Defendant used 10 cigarette at the convenience store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, and used 45,000 won as well as the 45,00 won for the purchase of 10 cigarette at the convenience store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the victim’s her mother Doc card used by the victim B and the victim’s her mother Doc credit card used as above until 06:49 on August 15, 20
