C. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) administered Metepia me in a way that, around 4:00 on January 6, 2013, the Defendant: (b) Metepia administered the Metepia to minors by mixing the psychotropic drugs contained in a disposable injection machine with water, approximately 0.03g of the psychotropic drugs, thereby injecting them into H (17 years of age); and (c) administering the Metepia.

Around 19:00 on January 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) administered Metetopians to minors by mixing them with approximately 0.03g of the psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection device with water; and (b) administering the Metetopians to minors by injecting them to the blood cells of the above E, who are minors.

2. The defendant in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall be governed by Article 1-1;

at the same time and place as described in paragraph 1(a).

As described in paragraph (1), after administering the Meptamine to juvenile E, it was 120,000 won in consideration of the sexual intercourse with the above E.

Accordingly, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing juvenile sex.
