1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 39,647,90 as well as 5% per annum from May 5, 2020 to May 29, 2020 and the next day.

The judgment that deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) on February 2, 1999, the Defendant received a certified copy of the payment order and submitted a formal objection and a written response, and did not thereafter submit a specific written response and did not appear on the date of pleading. Thus, the Defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
