[Criminal Justice] On March 28, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion of buildings, larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on September 26, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Night theft;

A. From around 02:00 to 03:00 on October 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the victim C’s “D” restaurant operated by the victim C located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si; and (b) cut off the Defendant by putting the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 30,000,000, KRW 3-4,000, market price, and kimchi laps, etc. into the flaps.

B. From around 00:00 on December 6, 2019 to around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window that was not corrected at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a); and (b) thereby thefted by having a 11,000 won or more at the market price owned by the victim, i.e., a duct and a ductator.

2. On October 24, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, around 23:55, at the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si, for the purpose of: (a) opening and intrusion an unsatising an unsatisfy window; but (b) having failed to give a warning due to the operation of the security system.

3. From around 02:57 on January 7, 2020 to 03:02, the Defendant attempted to intrude after destroying and damaging the glass windows in the process of forcing the windows to hand by hand at the places described in paragraph (a) of Article 1 at the same time. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime with the wind that a witness spawns.
