A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s investment funds and borrowed funds in the “C Hospital”, the Defendant’s workplace located at the Seocho-si Hospital B on April 201, 201, and the victim D, who is a fluor, had a high profit in operating a clothing store as fluor in the East-gu, the Defendant would give a higher interest than the bank.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and being granted KRW 301,60 on April 9, 201 from the damaged person as investment money, received each of the KRW 18,810,200,00 in total under the name of investment or loan money, from around that time to March 10, 2012, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto, from around that time to around March 10, 201.

2. On January 27, 2012, the Defendant, who paid the Handphone fee, would pay the victim the monthly salary of the following month at the above hospital in lieu of the Handphone fee.

However, due to the above circumstances, there was no intention or ability to repay to the victim according to the promise.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the female settle 832,950 won Handphones of the Defendant in its place, thereby acquiring pecuniary profits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On March 10, 2012, the Defendant who received the payment of charges for game items on behalf of the Defendant shall pay the victim the money immediately following the day on which he/she pays the payment in lieu of the transfer, because there is no certificate of certification that the Defendant “the game items are sold.”
