A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the Mepta (the word “ponphone”, hereinafter referred to as “phionphone”) as follows:

1. On March 6, 2013, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) purchased 50,000 won on the backwards of C’s car parked in front of Suwon-si B; (b) purchased 0.35 gramphones contained in C’s disposable injection machine; and (c) purchased 50,000 won on the face.

2. At around 00:30 on March 7, 2013, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g of the penphones purchased as above in a one-time injection machine, and melted the biophones into his left part, and administered the phiphones.

3. On March 7, 2013, at around 00:35, the Defendant administered chophones by inserting approximately 0.3g of the chophones purchased as above and inserting the chophones into the chophones and attaching the chophones in the chophones.
