A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B

On June 17, 2018, at around 01:55, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along the two-lane road in the middlewest-gu, Gwangju, and the two-lane road in front of the Seoul Northern Fire Station in the death distance.

At the time, at night, the victim C(n, 53 years old) is driving ahead of the victim C(n, 53 years old) driving at the front of the Defendant’s moving room. In such a case, the driver had a duty of care to safely drive the brake by keeping the front door well, securing the safety distance, accurately manipulating the brake system, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, failed to secure the safety distance and failed to properly operate the operation system, conflicts with the part of the victim's above taxi driver's upper part of the Defendant's vehicle with the front part of the Defendant's vehicle. On the other hand, the fK7 vehicle's upper part of the victim's E(54 years old) driving, which was a traffic signal stop at the two-lane, conflicts with the front part of the Defendant's vehicle.

After all, the Defendant driven the said Ecoo vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of the victim C and E, such as the scood salt, tension, etc. for about two weeks of treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) received a request from a police officer for voluntary movement to verify traffic accident circumstances and drinking at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and received a report of a traffic accident, and accordingly, the Defendant was accompanied to Gwangju Northern Police Station G in Gwangju Northern-ro 172.

On June 17, 2018, the Defendant was at the G Office of the relevant Gwangju Northern Police Station around 02:18.
