Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2016, from around 17:10 to around 17:40, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s legitimate operation of the restaurant for about 30 minutes by exercising force, by blocking the front of the restaurant entrance under the influence of alcohol, blocking the nameless customers and employees such as victims E, etc. who are in the process of eating by blocking the restaurant entrance from being in the influence of alcohol.
