Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On January 28, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Trademark Act and a violation of the Customs Act at the Busan District Court on January 29, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2016.
