Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On July 29, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 00:47% in blood, and the Defendant driven the said car with one-lane of 0.126% in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and driven the two-lane between the two-lanes in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the sti apartment distance from the sti apartment.

The Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Around 00:47 July 29, 2017, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with alcohol content of about 0.126% in the 3km section from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
