A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 10 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and other crimes in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 13, 2008.

1. Special larceny;

A. At around 00:00 on January 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) caused the Victim D (n, 47 years of age) located in Ansan-si C to destroy the entrance door glass by breaking the house; (b) invaded into the house; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s cash 300,000 won owned by the victim under custody of the electric design.

B. At around 23:00 on March 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the gap in the victim F (n, 63 years old); (b) cut the entrance locks by cutting them out and destroying them; and (c) intruded them into the house by using the cutting devices (fix, hereinafter referred to as “kter”) prepared in advance; and (d) cut them into the house at the market price of the victim’s possession, which is kept in the west, by the victim’s possession.

2. Attempted special larceny;

A. At around 00:00 on September 24, 201, the Defendant collected the Victim H (Woo, 75 years of age) located in Ansan-dong, G, and caused the Defendant to commit an attempted crime by cutting the entrance locked by using the cresh that was prepared in advance, cutting the entrance locked, destroying it, and intrusion into the house, and then printing the blap, dump, etc., but without finding any property in custody.

B. Around 00:00 on February 9, 2013, the Defendant came to the house of the Victim J (WW, 87 years of age) located in Ansan-si I, and used the cresh in which the victim gets the house, cut and destroyed the entrance locked by cutting the entrance locked using the cutting machine prepared in advance, and intruded into the house, and did not discover the house, but did not discover it.

3. On February 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0 on February 10, 2013, at night, was collected from the victim L (n, female, 40 years of age) located in K at Ansan; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant opened a bath window using the gap in the house.
