1. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) A shall each be 17/147.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The remainder of the Defendants, other than Defendant C and F, are as follows: (a) awareness of the deceased J (the deceased on March 26, 1993, hereinafter “the deceased”) and the deceased’s wife L (the deceased on July 4, 2005).
