Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of Bbeer or a car.

On December 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the above beerer or car at the front part of the victim D(Y, 55 years old) driving, which was driven on the opposite lane due to the occupational negligence over the center line while driving a vehicle at the front side of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) with a three-lane air route in the Gunn Underground Road, and neglecting the duty of care on the left side of the Gunn Underground Road, and driving the vehicle at the front side of the Gunn Road, while neglecting the duty of care on the left side of the Gunn Road, and driving the vehicle at the opposite lane due to the occupational negligence over the center. The Defendant got the above part on the left side of the victim F (SI, 47 years old) driving and the part on the left side of the victim H(Y, 31 years old) and caused the victim to be driven on the left side of the Gunn Road.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim L, on board a bee or a car in the Defendant’s driving (the 57-year old age), such as the damage to the 1st century requiring the Defendant’s 12-day medical treatment, and the injury to the victim D, who is the above 5-tax driver, caused the victim D, on the left side, the injury, such as the boom of the brue to the left side, which requires approximately 16-day medical treatment, and the victim M, who was aboard the above 5-tax (the 36-year old age), and the victim N (the 25-year age), each of which requires approximately 3-day medical treatment, and caused the said victim F to suffer from the injury, such as the injury to the brue part of the brue, which requires approximately 2-day medical treatment, and the injury of the brue in the bones, which requires approximately 2-day medical treatment.
