Punishment of the crime

No person who manages or has processed personal information shall damage, destroy, alter, forge, or leak any third person's personal information without due authority or beyond the permitted authority.

From July 9, 2014 to October 16, 2016, the Defendant served as the director in charge of managing Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment management office.

On November 17, 2016, the Defendant, at the above management office, prepared in the name of the Dong-gu District Court, Goyang Branch, 2016Kahap 147, which is the representative of the representative meeting of the occupants of the apartment complex and submitted to the designated management office in charge of the disposal case, the Defendant “Uman” to submit the “D's name to the competent division in charge of the disposal case,” along with a resident registration containing the victim’s personal information, a certified copy of the Gu resident registration containing the victim’s personal information, a certified copy of the K-gu branch office in the K-gu District Public Prosecutor’s Office, 2014 type No. 29548 of the case, accompanied by the “Agreement” in the name of the victim, and submitted it to D around the 18th of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant, who managed personal information, leaked personal information of the victim without legitimate authority.
