1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, in the order of 27,28, 29, 30 square meters of land in the attached Form 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 27 in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Plaintiff occupied a joint grave of the parents on a part of 177 square meters of land, which is equipped with a 25, 26, 27, 35, 36, 37, 23, 24, and 25 square meters of land in the attached Form 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 35, and 27, among the land of this case (hereinafter the land of this case). (b) Plaintiff (C) is occupying the instant land by combining the above "b" and the "c" portion of land of this case.

On March 23, 194, the network E completed the registration of the transfer of ownership (the cause of March 10, 194) on March 23, 194 with respect to the Suwon-si F, Suwon-si, 639 square meters prior to the subdivision of the instant land.

On October 4, 1972, the network E died, and on December 7, 1989, the network D completed the registration of transfer of ownership on December 7, 1989 (the cause of the division by consultation on October 4, 1972) with respect to F. F. 639 square meters prior to the said division, and on the same day, the said land was divided into the Suwon-gu Suwon-gu Gle-gu 893 square meters and 1,220 square meters prior to H.

On January 10, 1990, with respect to the divided two parcels of land, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership (the donation on December 22, 1989).

The Plaintiff’s mother died on April 27, 1974, and D installed I’s cemetery in part “bb” among the instant land portion.

As the deceased D died on July 12, 2005, the plaintiff was buried in the above I's cemetery.

On November 11, 1941, J Co., Ltd. completed the registration of transfer of ownership (the cause of November 4, 1941), and on September 11, 1948, the Defendant acquired ownership on the ground of reversion of rights, and accordingly on January 9, 1997, registered the transfer of ownership (the cause of September 11, 1948).

2. Assertion and determination

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion E is from the JJ Co., Ltd. to the owner of the instant land, together with two relatives around May 1945.
