Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2017, the Defendant, while driving a B car around 21:45 on June 30, 2017, neglected to perform his/her duties at a point 51 km in the direction of the west-nam Highway from the Yecheon-do to the 1-lane in the front direction among the two-lanes in the front direction, while neglecting to perform his/her duties at the same time.
