Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 2, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendant, which entered into with the Plaintiff on May 2, 2017, with the implementation of the instant multi-family housing project in Busan Dong-gu C.
Article 2. In promoting multi-family housing projects, the purpose of the service contract is to delegate the contractual relationship and surrender with the owner of the target project (including the owner of the building) to the defendant, and the defendant concludes a real estate sales contract corresponding to the contract of land and real estate sales attached to this contract and completes its explanation.
Article 3 (1) The defendant is fully responsible for the business related to the contract with the prop. 2) The defendant is also held liable for the purchase of land from the landowner.
