Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny in Seoul Southern District Court on September 5, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on September 5, 2018.

around 17:40 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant discovered one bicycle bicycle at the victim B, the market price of which is the victim B, who was corrected by locking device, at least KRW 800,000,00,000,000, in front of the two offices located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as a locking device, and removed the locking device at both hands, and led to a theft.
