Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a driver's vehicle with Cgallon.

On May 26, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 06:37, and proceeded at the speed of about 30 km from the National Police Agency of Chungcheongnam-gu to the intersection of the E Model House D located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service has a vehicle entering the intersection with a view to the front door, and to safely drive according to traffic signals and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and continued to proceed at the same speed without being designated as a day-to-day on and off, and due to the negligence of the Defendant’s failure, the victim F. (44 ) driven by the instant gallon in accordance with the yellow on and off signals from the right side of the driver’s vehicle to the left side of the driver’s vehicle, and received the part of the G Ethp vehicle front-off part of the driver’s vehicle into the right side of the said gallon.

As a result, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim F, such as catum salt in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim H(44) who was on the said E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E, including three cat cats requiring three weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim I (62 years of age) who was on the Defendant’s vehicle, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment of the victim I (62 years of age).
