1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 5,667,810, respectively, to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from December 19, 2019 to February 20, 202.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

Basic Facts

A. The defendant is a company for housing construction business, etc.

B. On July 12, 2017, the Plaintiffs concluded each contract with the Defendant to enter into a contract for the construction of each house as stated in the “subject matter” in the “subject matter” as set forth below with each of the “157,000,000 won for the construction cost” and the “date of completion” as set on September 15, 2017, respectively.

Where each of the above housing units and contracts is individually named, the term “each of the instant housing units” or “each of the instant contracts” or “each of the instant contracts” according to the sequences in the table below. C. On September 15, 2017, the Plaintiffs changed the construction cost of each of the instant contracts with the Defendant to “the contract amount: 260,000,000,000 won: the supply price: 236,363,636 won: value added tax: 23,636,364 won; and entered into each of the changes agreements (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant changes agreements”) with the effect that the expected date of completion is extended by February 28, 2018.

B and D, in addition to the contracts of this case Nos. 2 and 4, concluded each contract with each of the 5,000,000 won for construction work.

E. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant completed the new construction of each of the instant houses and the new construction of the instant houses Nos. 2 and 4, and around that time, delivered each of the instant houses to the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs A, C, D, E, F, and G respectively, on June 26, 2018, Plaintiff B, and H respectively.
