Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on March 23, 2013, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with E, which had been known to the victim D and the flat, made a public insult of the victim by speaking the victim as the victim’s “scam, year, year, and year,” among E and the next table customers.
