Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2018, around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) tried to board a cab that is operated in front of the victim B (61 aged) on the road north of the Dong-dong Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu square; (b) however, the Defendant assaulted the victim by means of spitation, such as spiting the victim’s face, where the victim intends to go through the cab, the defect that the cab intends to go against, the head of the si, even though, and the si, the si in front of the si-dong Incheon Metropolitan City square.
