A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2019, the Defendant received a proposal to the effect that “if a corporation is to be established and an account is opened and the head of a bank, e-mail card, etc. is sent, the Defendant may receive a loan.” On or around April 2019, the Defendant accepted the proposal to the effect that “if an account is opened in the name of the juristic person and the head of a bank, e-mail card, and OTP is transferred, the Defendant will give KRW 200,000 per one head of the bank,” and accepted the proposal to the effect that “if an account is opened in the name of the juristic person and the head of the bank, e-mail card, and OTP is transferred, the Defendant would be able to receive a loan.”
