Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2013, the Defendant, the husband of C and DD located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju on December 13:00, the Defendant considered the damage on the part of the victim F, who is the owner of the multi-family house leased and resided, and 10 neighboring merchants, etc., who heard about the return of the lease deposit. The Defendant considered the damage on the part of the victim as follows. However, the Defendant did not pay money to the Plaintiff, but did not pay money to the Plaintiff, but expressed a desire for about 20 minutes for the same year, snow, snow, and pigs as the tax base return of the money in question, which is the owner of the multi-family house residing in his leased and located, as the return of the lease deposit.
