A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 07, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 112 was assaulted by C at his own house located in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, with the report of 112, and (b) Hack F came to his own house; and (c) Hack’s bath, “I have been dwarfed in the house of Hack, Hack, and Hack, Hack, Hack, F and E’s chest was cut to the house of Hack, and Hack and Hacked the said F and E with his head, and Had the said F and E knck’s knck’s knife, which was a dangerous object (21 cm, 33 cm in total length, knck’s knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties.
