1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B is KRW 150,103,00 and 5% per annum from May 16, 2017 to June 28, 2018.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 25, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with Defendant B to sell KRW 411,723,00 of the Seo-gu building No. 4 (hereinafter “the instant real estate No. 1”) owned by the Plaintiff to Defendant B for the purchase price of KRW 411,723,00 (in the event of a contract with KRW 40,000,000, an intermediate payment of KRW 50,000,000, an intermediate payment of KRW 50,000, Sept. 5, 2015; and the remainder of KRW 321,723,00, Sept. 10, 2015). On September 10, 2015, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate No. 1 on the ground of the instant sales contract with Defendant B. 1.
B. On December 29, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with Defendant C to sell the purchase price of KRW 92,00,000 ( KRW 10,000,000 on December 23, 2015, an intermediate payment of KRW 10,000,000 on January 4, 2016, the remainder payment of KRW 72,000,000,00 on January 7, 2016) with Defendant C, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the Defendant C on January 14, 2016.
C. On March 10, 2016, between Defendant D and Defendant D, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract with Defendant D to sell KRW 340,000,000 for the fourth floor H of the building in Seo-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant third real estate”) owned by the Plaintiff to Defendant D (hereinafter “instant third sale contract”) (hereinafter “instant third sale contract”). On March 30, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 30, 2016 with Defendant D for the instant third sale of KRW 34,00,00 for the instant third sale contract.
