A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the time of the instant case, committed an indecent act against the victim by using an opportunity with frequent male-friendly tool with the victim B (the age of 11 at the time of the instant case), who works as a male-friendly tool and a cargo driver, and who was locked and moved in the victim’s residence.

The Defendant continued to be exempted from all the clothes of the victim by using the state where the victim's consciousness is unknown, and committed an indecent act by holding the victim's bucks by hand, and had the victim lose consciousness by the stroke-mm from around that time to around the following day.

As a result, the defendant used psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics, committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age, and sustained the victim's injury.

A defendant who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor, quasi-indecent act by compulsion) committed an indecent act against the victim in a manner that, around February 23, 2018, the victim committed an indecent act by using those locked by the victim at his/her residence, with the intent of committing an indecent act by using those locked by the victim, and exempted the victim’s divings and clothes in whole, and takes the part of the victim’s clothes.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by taking advantage of the victim’s mental condition.
