A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2014. 2. 14.경 불상의 장소에서 피고인의 여자 친구였던 피해자 B에게 감정이 좋지 않다는 이유로, 핸드폰을 이용하여 피해자에게 “스펨처리 해 놨더니만 마니 답답한가보네, 댓구가 없으니께”라는 내용의 문자메시지를 보낸 것을 비롯하여 그때부터 2014. 3. 5.경까지 총 133회에 걸쳐 별지 범죄일람표 1 기재(다만 연번 86, 131, 132, 133, 137번 제외)와 같이 공포심과 불안감을 유발하는 문자메시지를 반복적으로 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.

2. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant: “B” to the victim C, the husband of B, using a Handphone, on the ground that the Defendant’s woman-friendly relationship B was not good enough to give expert testimony at a non-permanent place.

B. Therefore, from that time to March 5, 2014, the Defendant sent a text message stating “hinging away in the front entrance” to the victim D, who was a woman-friendly Gu of the Defendant, using a Handphone on February 16, 2014, and sent a text message that arouses fear and apprehension, as shown in attached Table 2 (except No. 46,47 a year). On March 16, 2014, the Defendant repeatedly sent it to the victim D, who was a female-friendly Gu of the Defendant, using a Handphone, for the reason that it is not adequate for the Defendant to make an appraisal.

From March 5, 2014 to March 5, 2014, text messages, including sending text messages, which cause fears and apprehensions, were sent repeatedly to the victim, as shown in the attached Table 3.
