A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the B SP area.

On January 23, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle at around 09:30 on January 23, 2017, proceeded at an insular speed along the four-lanes from the opposite side of the Geumeng-si, G, the G, which is located in G, to the right intersection of the highest level of 00:5 lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s injury by occupational negligence, such as salt, tension, etc., of the trend that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
