Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2014, the Defendant directly received the notice of call for military force mobilization training under the name of the director of the Seoul regional military manpower office, to participate in military force mobilization training conducted in the 305 Air Force Air Force Air Force Station located in the 535 Air Force Station located in the Manam-gu New Village from July 14, 2014 to July 16, 2014.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not enlist at the designated date and time without justifiable grounds.
