Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act on the Law of the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes) is the representative of H’s dancing room in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and the victim I (inn and 23 years old) is the employee of the above store.
