1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

From December 31, 2012 to June 13, 2013, the Plaintiff paid a total of KRW 54 million to the Defendant. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 54 million won and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
