1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 29,239,250 to Plaintiff B; (b) KRW 28,489,250 to Plaintiff A; and (c) from February 24, 2016 to each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1) The Defendant is the “E Hospital” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

2) The deceased (hereinafter “the deceased”) was born on February 23, 2016 at the Defendant Hospital but died on the following day, and his mother is the Plaintiff A and the father are the Plaintiff B.

B. The Plaintiff A et al. (1) was the first childbirth with no childbirth experience, and was undergoing various medical treatment and tests while attending the Defendant Hospital from June 2015. During the pregnancy period, there was no special problem in the health of the Plaintiff A and the deceased. (2) The Plaintiff A et al. was hospitalized for only a part of the Defendant hospital on February 22, 2016, around 12:00, and around 5th, 2016.
