Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall place an advertisement for the purpose of arranging or arranging his/her occupation to sell sex or engage in obscene acts, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.;

Nevertheless, around April 2016, the Defendant posted an advertisement as if he/she was the head of the entertainment business office of “C” on the Internet job offering and seeking site “B,” and provided that, if he/she sells sex to unspecified women who reported and contacted the advertisement, he/she will guarantee the profits of 100,000 won per time.

As such, the Defendant advertised for the purpose of introducing a job to have sexual intercourses.

2. No one shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic, or provide a place for sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, on April 12, 2016, the Defendant, on the street in front of the Ecomher in Busan metropolitan Daegu, induced the male grandchildren of 150,000 won as if they were sexual intercourse in return for sexual intercourse. On April 12, 2016, the Defendant engaged in the act of arranging sexual intercourse, such as arranging the female employees G recruited as described in the preceding paragraph to have the male grandchildren and sexual intercourse, who had been induced.
