1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,593,780 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 9, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff supplied the defendant's goods in lieu of the defendant's goods to LAF under a contract with the defendant, and it is recognized that the unpaid payment from October 2014 to September 2015 exceeds 51,593,780 won.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above payment and the payment for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 9, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is clear that the application for modification of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim of this case was served to the defendant. Thus, the claim of this case is accepted within the extent of the above recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as there is no reason.
