1. All plaintiffs except the plaintiff A are dismissed.
2. The defendant shall grant the plaintiff A KRW 12,727,737 and the defendant.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 6, 2002, Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B was designated as G area to be a housing site development district, and on October 6, 2003, the approval of the development plan was publicly notified as H by Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice on October 6, 2003. The defendant, as the project implementer of the said housing site development project (hereinafter “instant project”), published the “C housing site development project compensation plan and relocation measures” on October 30, 2003.
B. When a building on the ground of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I was incorporated into the instant project district, the Plaintiff A responded to the Defendant’s consultation compensation in accordance with the above public announcement of the relocation measures, and applied for a special supply of national housing on February 13, 2004, and received the right to move in from the Defendant.
C. Meanwhile, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City delegated the head of each Gu with the authority to remove the civil apartment, etc., and the rest of the plaintiffs responded to the consultation compensation for each citizen apartment removal project, etc. as shown in the attached list, and applied for a special supply of national housing between November 2002 and September 23, 2004 to the Seoul Special Supply Rules of National Housing for the removal citizens, etc. ("Special Supply Rules of April 26, 2004"), and was selected as the subject of national housing under the National Housing Special Supply Rules of Seoul Special Supply for the removal citizens, etc. ("Special Supply Rules"), and was granted the right to move into the apartment of the district C district. Meanwhile, the plaintiff K received the right to move into the housing of the district C district from L, a person eligible for the special supply of national housing, from February 4, 2008, the defendant posted a notice on the "M" on its website, and sent it to the plaintiffs from 00 to 201.7.17.
E. On October 9, 2007, Plaintiff A and the Defendant have exclusive jurisdiction over C District J 906 Dong 1402.
