The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted all of the facts charged of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by violating logical and empirical rules and violating the rules of evidence, or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
