A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with the performance of official duties at the Gwangju District Court, and on February 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion and larceny at night and sentenced to a fine of three hundred thousand won at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the final sentence at the Gwangju District Court on April 23, 2017.

[2] On September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 03:30 to around 03:40 on September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (b) stated that the victim “in the course of drinking alcohol within Gwangju Northern-gu,” “the victim’s fluority” was “the victim’s fluority”; (c) pushed the victim’s shoulder, pushed the victim’s brue, leading the victim into the brue, leading the victim into the brus; and (d) took off the victim’s clothes; and (e) took off the victim’s clothes repeatedly; and (e) took off the part of the victim’s bridge with the Defendant’s hand to prevent the victim’s shouldering; and (e) took part of the victim’s chest and the part of the victim’s fluority as soon as possible during the victim’s chest treatment.

As a result, the defendant committed violence to put the victim's fingers into the victim's sexual organ, thereby causing injury.

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking alcohol from a slope M of a police box dispatched by a police officer who received a 112 report that he/she would drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the H convenience store located in the Southern-gun G around September 28, 2017 to the JKafest in front of the same I located in the same military branch at approximately 50 meters.

There are reasonable grounds to determine a person, and approximately three times between about 19 minutes, the drinking measuring instruments have been entered.
