The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) in light of the fact that there is no objective evidence measuring noise, vibration, dust, etc. generated at the construction site of this case, the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the evidence submitted by the plaintiff which is insufficient to recognize that the construction project of this case caused noise, vibration, dust, etc. exceeding the limit of admission to the plaintiff; (b) therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance (excluding the part concerning Codefendant B, Ltd. of the first instance, which has been separately determined,
