Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:50 on May 16, 2019, the Defendant used a male set at the front road of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the 112 report, and called at the site, D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul, Eunpyeong Police Station C Zone C Zone, was sprinking the Defendant for returning home for the safety of the Defendant, and was sprinking the head of the police officer, who solicited the said police officer to return home again.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted a police officer as above and interfered with the police officer’s 112-report processing duties and legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of the people’s life and body.
