1. The plaintiff's respective lawsuits against the defendant C and D shall be dismissed.

Although the date of preparation is indicated as June 30, 2008 in a sales contract (Evidence A2; hereinafter the same shall apply), the actual date is indicated as the date of preparation as the date of June 30, 2008, the fact that the date when the Plaintiff paid the down payment and the intermediate payment to Defendant B is around February 15, 2008 (see Evidence A 3), and the fact that the content certificate (Evidence B 2-1) sent by Defendant B to the Plaintiff around July 1, 2008, that the date of preparation of the first sales contract is written as the date of February 15, 2008, but the statement of objection raised by Defendant B as of June 30, 2008, the actual date of the first sales contract seems to be February 15, 2008.

B. On September 28, 2009, F purchased the mother land of this case from Defendant B on behalf of Defendant C and D with KRW 1.1 billion, and the intermediate payment of KRW 185 million on the date of the contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 100 million on September 29, 2009 agreed to pay KRW 739 million on November 30, 2009 (hereinafter “the secondary sales contract”).
