A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 18, 2014, the Defendant accessed “D” to “C”, which is an online gambling site, operated in a manner similar to a bridge game at Osan-si B 415 and Ned (www.named.com) site, and deposited KRW 1,00,000 to a deposit account designated by the above site operator, but to a foreign exchange bank account (E) in the name of the country (E), and deposited the corresponding game money for five minutes each time (total 288 games a day) or even if it is predicted that the Defendant had 193% of the hosting money and predicted it, the Defendant entered “D” in attached Form 30 times from that time to March 28, 2015, as well as a total of KRW 1,000,000 in attached Form 30 times from that time, and KRW 300,000 from that time to September 20, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stuffed the defendant.

However, in consideration of the fact that the defendant has no same criminal record and is against the crime of this case, the sentence shall be sentenced as per the disposition.
