Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant violated the victim’s residence by opening the said house gate in order to view the victim as the victim with the knowledge that the victim D (the age of 28) was living on the main floor of the said house, and entering the gate inside the gate and bringing the inside through the window of the residence where the victim resides, with the knowledge that the victim was living on the main floor of the said house.
