A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:20 on July 25, 2013, the Defendant driven a BM520-car on the front of the “SM520-car” located in the Changwon Mucompo-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, under the influence of a vehicle driver’s license on July 25, 2013.

2. On July 25, 2013, at around 00:29, the Defendant forged private document documents: (a) at the D police box located in Changwon-si C, Changwon-si; (b) in order to avoid the detection of non-licensed facts as a result of the pulmonary test, the Defendant stated the name of E in the driver’s name column of the driver’s report to avoid the detection of the non-licensed facts; and (c) continuously signed E in his name; and (d) stated in the driver’s statement column of the driver’s statement report on the situation of the driver’s statement, “I am back to the end of the crime. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am.) stated in the driver’s column “E” and signed E

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged one copy of the report on detection of a host driver under the name of the above E, and one copy of the report on the circumstantial statement of a host driver.

3. The Defendant at the above time, at the above place, delivered a false report on detection of a driver, and a statement report on the circumstances of a driver to the police officer F, who is unaware of the circumstances, to each of the following events: (a) one copy of the report was genuine; and (b) one copy was delivered to the police officer F.
