1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates a petroleum retail business (gas station) with the trade name of the gas station (hereinafter “instant place of business”) in the female city B.

B. On August 21, 2013, around 17:25, 2013, D, and E collected samples from the diesel storage tank in the instant workplace and conducted a quality inspection. A. The Plaintiff’s assertion (1) The employee F of the Plaintiff’s personnel reads the remainder of the mobile oil vehicle that had been delivered with light oil to the two diesel tanks in the instant workplace, and injects it into the two diesel tanks with light oil equivalent to 10 litress, respectively.
