Text
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and (b) pay the money calculated at the rate of KRW 770,000 per month from November 13, 2019 to the completion date of delivery of the said real estate.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
