A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 2 shall be confiscated.

All of the applications for compensation of this case are dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported an advertisement on “high profit, known, and possible to administer,” which was posted by the members of the organization of the telephone financial fraud (hereinafter “defishing”) in the “D”, around November 10, 2019; and (b) visited the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service using a document in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission with the name-free cryp service using the name-free cryp cryp “E”, which is a smartphone service; (c) obtained a proposal from the victims to pay a daily amount of at least 200,000 won, if the victims misrepresented the employees using a document in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, and received cash transfer from the victims to the account designated by the said members of the organization in the name-free cryp.

1. According to the above public offering, the Defendant is entitled to reply to the following: “No. : (a)” by e-mail from the foregoing “E” at the G office operated by the Defendant in the Gu of the U.S. considerable area of Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-si, and “a civil petition tracking a financial crime account (No. 2019-type No. -4554)” and “a civil petition tracking a financial account (No. 2019-type No. 4554) filed with the Financial Supervisory Service on November 12, 2019.”

2. The Financial Services Commission has directed the public prosecutor in charge of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office and investigators to conduct financial account tracking in accordance with major measures and cooperation documents related to tracking financial accounts.

3. The Financial Services Commission will take measures to trace and examine account deposits and illegal funds through the account tracking in your finance, and will have the proof of transparency in your account through account tracking.

4. The Financial Services Commission shall issue a national security account code in accordance with Article 19(7) of the Financial Services Commission Act and shall be hot to restore ear's financial assets to the original state safely after tracking and supervising ear's financial assets.

5.The Financial Services Commission shall issue an application for protection of financial assets at the time of proving a ear victim, and shall take protective measures in the Financial Supervisory Service at the time of issuance.
